Claims Advisor - Multilines

What can you expect?

Represent your client’s interests with the various insurers / experts / repair shops
Manage and follow-up claim files
Take initiatives and decisions in time to ensure accurate, timely and efficient processing of files.
Be the client’s point of contact for insurance claims management
Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients, insurers, experts and lawyers
Analyze claims reports and review applicable policy conditions
Communicate and negotiate with insurers, lawyers and experts
Identify any problems and to seek solutions together with the team

What you need to have:

5 years experience in the insurance business
Bilingual NL & FR
Good knowledge of English
Customer orientation and business insight
Team spirit
Autonomy and pro- and reactivity to respond to clients queries
Ability to set your priorities and to multitask
